Sherri Mazzoni holds a Specialist Degree in School Administration K-12, from Concordia University, Ann Arbor, MI (2014). A Master of Arts in Teaching in the Elementary School, from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI (2023). Finally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Adrian College, Adrian, MI (1997).
Mrs. Sherri Mazzoni has served Livonia Public Schools for the past 6 years in several capacities. She was an Assistant Principal for 3 years at Riley Upper Elementary and has been at Grant Elementary as the Principal for 3 years. She worked at Battle Creek Public Schools (6 years) and with National Heritage Academies at Keystone Academy and Plymouth Scholars Charter Academy (14 years). She started her career as a 3rd and 4th-grade teacher for 10 years before becoming an Assistant Principal, and Principal.
Mrs. Mazzoni is a dedicated lifelong learner and truly enjoys being the leader at Grant Elementary. Her vision is to serve the Grant Gator Family by establishing trust and relationships with all Stakeholders.
On a personal note, Mrs. Mazzoni lives in Livonia and her husband serves as a Principal at Stevenson High School. She has 2 boys who attend Livonia Public Schools as well.
